Q) Can I attend only one day of a three day meeting?
A) Yes, however you can send two representatives to attend the following days (one on each) in the same workshop fees.

Q) Are there discounts on multiple registrations?
A) Yes, for groups of 10 delegates or more there is a discount of 10%.

Q) Will the information/conference materials provided at the conference be posted on the website?
A) Materials provided at the conference will not be on the website. However, it will be posted on our website for attendees who will have been provided the password for access.

Q) Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
A) On-site registration request will be declined. The registration fees may be increased 15 days prior the event. Moreover, we strongly recommend you to register in advance in order to utilize pre-event discussion forum with confirmed participants and experts committee.

Q) Are there options for my strict dietary requirements?
A) The majority of our conferences include buffet style meals with a variety of foods.

A) Business attire or business casual.

Q) How do I know if my registration submitted on-line was received?
A) You will receive a response shortly after you submit the form with the details of procedure to confirm your registration.

A) There is 50% discount to students and 25% to academic institute, research institute, associations and society on registration fees
