Travel Arrangements
If you require us to take care of your travel bookings pre and post IGCW-2009, intercity, interstate or international, please write to us. We can even assist you in planning and/or organizing pre/post event leisure tours, business tours, etc.
Accomodation
Vama Events an event management company whose focus is on medical, corporate conferences and exhibitions has been appointed as the official hospitality supporter for IGCW 09. Kindly fill the Accomodation PDF Form to avail accommodation facilities.
Letter of Invitation
If you require an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference, please write to the Secretariat. The letter of invitation will be sent in the same form in which the request has been received. This letter is essential to assist delegates who need to obtain their Goverments or departments permission to attend the conference or obtain required VISA from Indian-Mission abroad. A letter of invitation does not entitle registrant from exemption in fee.
Disclaimer
The organizers reserves the right to change the venue and make changes in the programme as may be found necessary, without prior notice. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the conference or postpone the same in case of circumstances beyond its control. The organizers shall not be held liable for any damages for the same.
Insurance
The participants and accompanying persons should take personal insurance to cover any eventuality that might happen during the conference. The organizers will not be responsible for any personal loss, accidents nor damages to person or belongings of delegates or the accompanying persons.
Language of the Conference
The language of the conference will be english.
