It could also help you comply with existing and future legal and regulatory requirements and a growing list of restricted substances and materials.

This award is also constituted to stimulate education and the exchange of information on the best technologies available for preventing or reducing damage to the environment. This award intends promote and boost the public image of chemistry by showing that chemistry may be able to help solve environmental problems and contribute to sustainable development and serve a large purpose of Inspiring younger generations as catalysts for inventions and innovations in the field of Green chemistry and engineering.

We invite you to submit your invention/ innovations that are relevant to industry or have potential applications in the industry. IGCW-2011 is a huge opportunity for Academic & Research Institutes to promote their ideas, concepts and/or technologies to the industry and also look for potential collaborations or industrial partnership to commercialise their innovations. To submit an award entry you must be registered participant for IGCW -2011 . However, if your entry is shortlisted, your participation in IGCW -2011, will be taken care by organizers (participation fees & Hospitality).

IGCW-2011 is also an opportunity for you to interact with several knowledge-based start up companies and innovative entrepreneurship ventures, who have taken their innovations beyond the confines of the laboratory to the corridors of industry. Most of such projects have been head started by young entrepreneurs in collaboration with their mentors and faculties.
